Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original bridal tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Secure Packaging
Carefully place your items in their original garment bags and shipping box to ensure they remain pristine during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
